You can pay either by debit card, credit card or with PayPal. All subscriptions are charged monthly, quarterly or annually and will renew automatically unless you cancel.

When subscribing to FT.com via PayPal you will be taken to their website and asked to sign-in to your PayPal account. If you don’t already have a PayPal account you can sign up for one there and then.

Unless you cancel your subscription before we have started providing any part of it to you (in which case we will provide you with a full refund), then you agree that once we have started providing any part of your subscription to you, you do not have any right to cancel your subscription or any part of it until the end of your then current subscription period. This means that you are not entitled to a refund once we have started providing any part of your subscription to you, except in the very limited circumstances which are referred to in these terms and conditions. Although you may notify us of your intention to cancel at any time, such notice will only take effect at the end of your then current subscription period.

If your address is within a newspaper delivery area you will receive your copy of the newspaper by either hand-delivery or the fastest postal route. Newspaper delivery is available in most major business centres and cities across Europe. Where possible, subscriptions will renew automatically based upon the subscription period you have selected. You will be notified of the renewal if there is a change in price or product. Before you choose to subscribe to FT.com you can read 3 articles each month for free. To access your 3 articles, we ask you to register some basic information about yourself, such as the industry you work in and the type of role you hold. We then use this information to deliver you relevant FT content and advertising.

As part of your print subscription you will receive a newspaper 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. All 6 of these editions will be sent to the delivery address registered for that subscription. In order to receive FT Weekend at a separate address (different to your newspaper delivery address), you can take out two separate subscriptions. FT newspapers are available to buy with cash at hundreds of retailers across the UK. If you subscribe to the FT newspaper and receive vouchers, you can use your vouchers as full payment for FT newspapers instead of cash.

No. An FT print subscription does not include access to FT.com. In order to do so you will need to take out a print + digital subscription. This will provide you with daily newspaper delivery as well as unlimited access to FT.com via desktop, tablet and mobile.

You may temporarily suspend your newspaper delivery, for example if you are going on holiday or are on an extended business trip. You are required to provide at least 5 business days advance notice for this to be implemented.

No. Unfortunately we are unable to make short term changes to newspaper delivery.
